The Meals are for collection ( Or delivered locally for additional charge 5 mile radius) from The Prep Lounge in Baldock every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (7 day meal plan)
We offer two options for meal prep firstly the standard meal plan matching our macros and quantities or secondly the tailored meal option, This can be high protein, low carbs whichever suit you.
